About
My name is Paula Jones, and I am the Managing Director of Sixth Level. I’m also the trainer, so you know who you’re getting when you turn up for your training.

Trainer standards are really important which is why Microsoft have approved a Sixth Level Train the Trainer course to certify new trainers for Microsoft Certified Trainer status. Training trainers matters, as does sending confident, well equipped trainers out into the training world.

That’s not all we do. If you want to save time and effort, be more productive and push your skills to a higher level, then we can help you with your Microsoft applications, your time management, PA Skills, assertiveness and much more.

We all want to be the best we can at the things we do; and that’s where we can help you. Don’t settle. Get the best training, get the best results, gain unconscious excellence.

Why Sixth Level?

We’re that missing stage in the learning cycle that you need to push yourself further. It’s more than being good, it’s about being great at what you do and having the confidence to just get on with things without thinking about them. It’s not just being competent, but being great, and we’ll help you to reach that Sixth Level. And, incidentally, the PowerPoint slide master has no sixth level.

Training Ethos

Training is all about the learner. It’s important that as trainers we have the qualifications and experience to back up all we do and say, but an understanding of what people need, how they tick, and working with that is of the utmost importance, along with a passion for training. That’s why we do what we do.

If you have been on one of those courses where you know it’s just about getting you into the training room and through the training, be assured that’s not what we do. In fact, we’re the ones that fix the things that have gone wrong on those courses, for very simple reasons. We love what we do, we want you to love your training and get the best out of it, and we don’t take on anything we can’t handle. If we can’t provide what you’re looking for, then we’ll find someone who can.
