Sheridan Webb is a highly skilled courseware designer. I have seen (and had to use) some appallingly designed trainer materials in the past, but Sheridan gets this important area of training right first time every time. Keystone Development should be a first port of call for training courseware.
Paradigm Training is run by Gary Gorman and his sales training takes the mystery out of selling. He works with smaller businesses to improve business performance and helps to negotiate better deals; and we all need that.
